This office building was built to replace the City of Arlington’s existing public works administration building.
TIME TO COMPLETE:
60 days from delivery to occupancy.
Our approach was to design and engineer a building that utilized both modular and conventional construction methods. The result was a structure that had a finish roof height of 28 feet from grade. Materials we used are typical of conventional construction such as log entry columns, custom timber frame canopies, and river rock wainscot around the perimeter of the building. The HVAC design utilized five separate split system units to control heating and to cool in specific zones throughout the building. Built to 2009 Energy code; low flow toilets and urinals were installed, along with automatic room occupancy sensors.
