Loyalty Terms and Conditions


Overview & Eligibility:

The Customer Loyalty Program has been discontinued effective March 01, 2015. 

Duration of the Program & Account Termination:

The Pacific Mobile Loyalty Program will be effective June 30, 2012 and shall remain as an on-going program for Pacific Mobile's Loyalty Members until Pacific Mobile terminates the program.

If Pacific Mobile Loyalty members have zero account activity for more than 365 days your account will be deemed inactive and Pacific Mobile may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility. Pacific Mobile reserves the right to terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Loyalty program and its benefits without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or Pacific Mobile's Terms & Conditions. Customer Loyalty points will expire if there is zero activity for more than 365 days. 

You can cancel your membership anytime by clicking the “cancel membership” button at the bottom of the login page located here: http://pacificmobile.com/member_login.php. Pacific Mobile will give you 30 days after cancellation to reactivate your account and current point balances will be reissued. Points will be forfeited within 30 days for any account cancelled or deemed inactive.

Points are not transferrable between individual Loyalty Members or other companies. In the event that the account holder is no longer affiliated with the Loyalty program or the registered company please send an account update request to PMSI@pacificmobile.com.
