The Wine Group

California Winery

This building was built as a laboratory and office space for a winery.

The 108’ x 50’ and 24’ x 34’ “L” shaped laboratory features exterior lap siding, 18” mansard accentuating the roof line of the modular, perimeter chassis for a permanent foundation, HVAC spit system with hepa filters, custom fume hoods, specialty UV lighted rooms, acid resistant work stations, Orion chemical piping for acid disposal, eye wash and emergency shower station. All interior walls are deck to deck for sound dampening. All the laboratory areas were finished with green board under the tape, texture, and paint to block moisture.
