Pacific Mobile Structures is Now Serving Texas

We’re excited to announce that Pacific Mobile Structures is fully operational and now serving the State of Texas. As the industry leader in leasing and selling modular structures, Pacific Mobile Structures is providing Texas with high-quality mobile office space, permanent modular construction, and storage solutions including restroom and shower facilities, sales and retail offices, break room and conference space, relocatable classrooms, permanent modular construction, administrative and cooperative office buildings, medical clinics, and assembly and institutional space.

Seasoned Pacific Mobile Regional Sales Manager, Michael Thompson on the ground working alongside Sales Consultant, Holly Fraser. Together, they bring over 20 years of experience in the modular construction industry.

While the Pacific Mobile Team is currently in the State of Texas with fleet and ready to lease, the physical branch location is set to open in Q2 of 2022. This will be the company’s ninth branch location in addition to their branches in Chehalis, Washington; Marysville, Washington; Pasco, Washington; Boise, Idaho; Spokane, Idaho; Ceres, California; Menifee, California; and a 10th branch opening in Arizona also in Q2 of 2022.

Kirkland Middle School SAGE Complex

Pacific Mobile Structures partnered with Blazer, Portland State University, and Integrus Architecture to deliver a cutting-edge modular facility for the Lake Washington School District. The Kirkland Middle School SAGE Complex in Kirkland, WA, spans 13,328 sq. ft. across 17 modules, seamlessly integrating with the existing campus under the KCDA Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

Designed to address the district’s growing classroom needs, the facility includes dedicated science labs, a cooking kitchen, and a striking 17-foot-high hallway flooded with natural light. Sustainability and energy efficiency were prioritized, meeting Portland State University’s SAGE standards with features like 100% fresh air ventilation, occupancy sensors, and a reflective TPO roof.

By completing 80-90% of the construction offsite, Pacific Mobile Structures ensured minimal site disruption, efficient costs, and timely delivery for the new school year. The SAGE Complex demonstrates the flexibility, efficiency, and quality achievable through modular construction while fostering an exceptional learning environment.
