Pacific Mobile Structures recently completed a 5,280-square-foot permanent modular education building for Pawnee Independent School District (ISD) in just 66 days. In partnership with Palomar Modular Buildings, Villagomez Engineering, and L & I Transport Inc., we provided a timely solution to the district’s urgent need for space due to growing student numbers. Despite challenges like limited site space and weather delays, we delivered the project on time.

The new facility includes five classrooms, two locker rooms, and two restrooms, with fire sprinklers, epoxy flooring, and brick wainscoting to match the existing school. Cost-effective modular construction allowed Pawnee ISD to complete the project without a bond, preserving financial flexibility. This successful collaboration underscores our commitment to delivering quality, efficient modular solutions for educational needs.
