Artemis One Lodge at Carrizo

The facility was constructed to provide remote workforce housing to the oilfield workers in the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas.

The Lodge was designed to provide superior accommodations for remote oilfield workers in South Texas. It features 100 guest rooms and can accommodate 200 men. Each room features quality hotel style beds and furniture along with individual bath facilities for each occupant. The facility boasts multiple TV Lounges for gathering, game rooms, substantial weight equipment and cardio rooms, a staff laundry along with 3 guest laundry rooms. All guest rooms and featured areas are accessible from inside the facility under one roof. Multiple outdoor porches provide more public gathering areas for socializing and cooking on the outdoor grills. A
recirculating water system keeps even the farthest room with immediate hot water
when needed.

The contract for the project was awarded to Michels Corporation.
