Clover Park School District - Thomas Middle School

Clover Park School District needed an addition to the new middle school and fast. The architect on the project had previously worked with Pacific Mobile, so they knew that modular construction would be a viable option. We provided a 7,544-square-foot building that exactly matched the existing middle school with a parapet on the roof, identical windows, brick, and more. The project was completed with ease and the customer was happier with the result of our modular building than the original stick-built building.
