Pacific Mobile Structures partnered with 5Point Credit Union to deliver a permanent modular banking branch that opened faster than traditional construction would have allowed. After visiting a completed modular facility, 5Point’s leadership noted there was no visual difference compared to a stick-built structure. That visit confirmed their decision to move forward with modular construction. The result is a polished, permanent branch that aligns with the credit union’s operational and branding goals.

Relocatable Modular Assembly Over 10,000 sq. ft.
Camp Pendleton Temporary Mess Hall – Camp Pendleton, CA
This 13,000-square-foot temporary mess hall was built to serve military personnel on base. Designed for functionality and rapid deployment, it features a commercial kitchen, food prep and dishwashing areas, walk-in refrigeration and freezer units, and a large dining hall. The relocatable modular solution was delivered on time and ready to meet the needs of the troops stationed at Camp Pendleton.
