Silver Creek Church needed additional space for pantry storage and classroom space. They decided a modular solution was the best fit due to its faster construction schedule and customization options. Pacific Mobile Structures provided three buildings over the span of 10 years – a 28X64 classroom in 2013, a 36X60 office with a restroom in 2019, and finally, a 24X60 mobile office in 2023.
The University of Washington began renovating their Herring Center for early childhood learning for kids ages three to five years old and needed space to temporarily host the program for the duration of the two-year project. The University of Washington was up against a tight timeframe and their General Contractor, Lease Crutcher Lewis, had about a month to get a solution on site, so they turned to modular construction.
Smart Academic Green Environments (SAGE) accommodate Edmonds School District’s increasing enrollment while ensuring students breathe three times the fresh air, and benefit from four times more natural daylight compared to standard relocatable classrooms.
The relocatable buildings provided San Diego State immediate temporary classroom and office space, complete with restrooms for students and faculty dislocated by an on-campus project that was experiencing delays. Pacific Mobile provided seven buildings in total.
