Our Commitment to SERVE

We SERVE to positively impact the lives of others.

Building Stronger Communities Together

At Pacific Mobile Structures, we believe in building more than just quality spaces. We are committed to building stronger communities. Our SERVE value guides everything we do. We SERVE to positively impact the lives of others by teaching what we know, taking action when others need help, improving the communities where we live, and sharing generously.

Giving back is at the core of who we are. Whether it is volunteering our time, sharing our expertise, or offering resources, we step in to make a difference. Through sponsorships, charitable contributions, and partnerships with local organizations, we are proud to support causes that matter, from education and disaster relief to community programs and nonprofit initiatives.

Our team believes that when we SERVE together, we create lasting impact, stronger connections, and better communities for everyone.

Investing in Our Youth

Our commitment to the community includes sponsorships for youth sports, scholarships for local high schools and employee dependents, and partnerships with local recreational organizations and sports facilities.

Employee Donation Matching

Pacific Mobile offers donation matching to employees, which amplifies our impact. Employees are more likely to give knowing their gift is doubled and encouraged.

Employee Volunteer Time Off

Employees are given eight hours annually to contribute their time to an organization of their choice or to combine efforts and participate in a branch-wide volunteer project.

Collaborative Holiday Giving

Each branch contributes and decides together which causes to support, which leads to larger, more meaningful contributions.

Giving Back, Making a Difference

From local projects to lasting traditions, Pacific Mobile is committed to making a positive impact in the communities we call home.

Volunteer Week

Positive Impact Week is a powerful demonstration of our commitment to giving back. Each employee receives 8 hours of volunteer time annually, and this week is all about turning those hours into meaningful action.

Across our branches, teams partnered with local organizations of their choice, bringing energy, compassion, and teamwork to causes that matter most in their communities.

Holiday Giving

During the holiday season, we embrace the spirit of giving by supporting our community through thoughtful gifts and meaningful acts of kindness. Each year, we find ways to give back by partnering with local organizations and helping those in need.

Our holiday gifting reflects our commitment to spreading joy, fostering connection, and making a positive impact on the lives of others during this special time of year.
