Without nearby office space for direct project oversight, Clayco turned to trusted modular construction partner, Pacific Mobile Structures. While having worked together in other markets, this marked Clayco’s inaugural project with them in Arizona. Clayco values their commitment to delivering on time with speed and ease.
Blattner Energy was building a solar plant in a remote area and they needed a jobsite office space for the construction crew to work out of for the duration of the project. They turned to Pacific Mobile Structures to provide them with the temporary space they needed.
Pacific Mobile Structures provided a 120X60 office building complete with a deck and a 12X40 restroom trailer, both of which they already had on hand. With a quick renovation, the buildings were outfitted and ready to be used by DPR Construction as onsite office space for their team.
SO Decommissioning Solutions (SDS) was tasked with decommissioning the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). The project required the demolition of the administration facility. Because of this, the plant needed temporary long-term onsite office and administration space.
Because the project site is off the beaten path, Michels needed a solution that could fit their needs and could be in a rural environment. They also needed the buildings quickly. They turned to Pacific Mobile Structure to provide six standard lease buildings and a custom-designed lease restroom and shower building.
Feed milling company, A.L. Gilbert needed to expand and add additional space for their scale house office building. As a longtime and loyal customer, they turned to Pacific Mobile to provide them with a 24X60 office building paired with a full turnkey furniture package.
The San Diego Airport embarked on a seven-year, $3.4 billion project to completely overhaul terminal one. Arrive, a joint venture construction group needed 73,872 square feet of conference, office, and administration space to support their team working on the new expansion and those displaced by the expansion.
The relocatable buildings provided San Diego State with immediate temporary classroom and office space, complete with restrooms for students and faculty dislocated by an on-campus project that was experiencing delays. Pacific Mobile provided seven buildings in total.

Portland International Airport was in immediate need of administration offices and breakroom space complete with a restroom and janitorial rooms, while the airport undergoes a remodel over a period of five years.
