Chevron Fuels and Renewable Solutions needed additional space as its Hoquiam, Washington, operations expanded. The company wanted facilities that could support its growing workforce and improve the employee experience.

To meet these needs, Chevron partnered with Pacific Mobile Structures on a 4,636-square-foot Quality of Life project. The project added office and administrative space, employee areas, and restroom facilities to the active operational facility.

Custom Modular Office Buildings

The project included several modular buildings and specialized facilities. Each space was designed to support a specific need.

The completed project included:

• Three 12′ x 56′ modular units
• One 12′ x 40′ modular unit
• One 24′ x 60′ lunchroom and conference room
• One 14′ x 50′ custom restroom trailer

The lunchroom and conference room also included an integrated kitchen. This created a comfortable space for meals, meetings, collaboration, and breaks.

Designed for Employee Comfort and Daily Operations

Employee needs were an important part of the design. The new facilities provide dedicated spaces for meals, meetings, collaboration, and breaks.

The custom restroom trailer was another key feature. It includes a divided ceiling configuration that creates distinct restroom areas. The design also maintains a clean and professional appearance.
