Seattle Pacific University Phase III

This two-story modular classroom building was designed to house 5 high-tech classrooms.

This building blends in nicely with existing brick modular classrooms that were built for SPU by Pacific Mobile Structures in 1999 and 2003. The interior staircase is open to both stories creating a large vaulted look in the common area. An elevator was installed to allow students to maneuver conveniently throughout the building. A parapet to block the view of the roof mounted HVAC units and sound batt insulation was used to reduce noise from the hallways and classrooms. To help achieve LEED Silver certification, low VOC paint, roof mounted HVAC systems and TPO roofing materials were all used.
