Offer Terms & Conditions
First month’s rent free applies to storage container rentals from the Pacific Mobile Structures Perris, California yard. Minimum rental term of two months or longer is required; the free month applies to the first month and standard rates apply thereafter. Promotion applies to all storage container sizes. Ground level office containers, container offices and modular office units are excluded from this promotion.
Delivery and pickup charges are not included in this promotion and are quoted separately at competitive rates at the time of order. Rental order must be confirmed by December 31, 2026. Offer applies to delivery addresses within 50 miles of the Perris yard. Subject to equipment availability and standard credit approval.
The free first month applies to one container on the first rental order placed to a single jobsite or ship-to address. Orders of up to ten containers to that address qualify for the promotion; all remaining containers on the order bill at standard rates. Additional orders or additional addresses are at standard rates. Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or existing contract pricing. Pacific Mobile Structures reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
