Valley Metro Station
Pacific Mobile Structures partnered with Phoenix Modular to deliver two 14’ x 66’ modular administrative buildings totaling 1,848 square feet for Valley Metro’s operations in Phoenix, Arizona. The buildings served as a temporary workspace for up to 20 maintenance staff during the expansion of their permanent facility. Working with Banicki Construction, we helped meet Valley Metro’s immediate need for high-quality space without delaying construction progress.
The two identical buildings each included a private office, restroom, kitchenette, and open cubicle layout designed to support 8 to 10 people. A large ADA-compliant ramp and deck connected the units to foster collaboration and accessibility. Each space was fully outfitted with Pacific Mobile Structures’ turnkey furniture package, including desks, chairs, workstations, chair mats, wastebaskets, and mini fridges.
To give the customer peace of mind, we invited them to tour the Phoenix Modular factory to view the actual units being used. They also visited our office to see and test the furniture package before finalizing their decision. These steps helped them visualize the finished workspace and ensured their satisfaction with the setup.
Valley Metro chose Pacific Mobile Structures for our ability to deliver quickly, offer transparent solutions, and adapt to their specific needs. The Valley Metro Station project is a great example of how modular construction can provide fast, flexible, and high-quality space when timing matters most.
