Pacific Mobile Structures Volunteers at Madison Grove Farm

This week, the Pacific Mobile Structures team had the privilege of volunteering at Madison Grove Farm, an equine sanctuary dedicated to creating a positive impact for both people and horses within the community. Nestled in a peaceful, natural setting, the farm offers a space where compassion, connection, and hands on care come together to support healing and growth.

Madison Grove Farm (MGF) is committed to creating a safe and compassionate farm environment used to benefit disadvantaged youth, support families, and rehabilitate horses through hands on experience. Their mission is carried out every day through meaningful interaction between people and animals, offering a unique environment where learning, trust, and emotional connection can naturally develop.

A core part of what makes Madison Grove Farm so special is its community driven foundation. The farm is supported by 100% volunteer staff, and all visitors and participants are welcomed to the farm free of charge. This open and inclusive approach allows individuals and families from all backgrounds to experience the therapeutic value of working with animals while also supporting the ongoing care and rehabilitation of the herd.

The farm is always looking for volunteers to support all aspects of its program. Whether someone has professional experience or simply a willingness to give their time, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference. Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Animal care and maintenance
  • Farm maintenance
  • Youth mentors
  • Gardening
  • Office support
  • Healers for herd support

Visitors and volunteers alike play an important role in helping the farm continue its mission. The variety of needs across the property creates space for people with different skills and passions to contribute in meaningful ways, all while supporting the wellbeing of the animals and the individuals who visit the farm.

During our time at Madison Grove Farm this week, our team saw firsthand how deeply connected the animals, volunteers, and visitors are within this environment. Horses moved calmly through the fields while people worked nearby, supported one another,

and contributed to the daily rhythm of the farm. There is a clear sense of shared purpose that runs through every part of the property.

One of the most powerful aspects of the experience was witnessing how naturally community forms in a place like Madison Grove Farm. It is not just about caring for animals, but about creating a space where people feel welcome, supported, and part of something larger than themselves.

At Pacific Mobile Structures, we value opportunities like this that allow our team to give back and support organizations making a real difference. We are incredibly grateful to Marla, the animals, the volunteers, and everyone at Madison Grove Farm for welcoming our team this week and allowing us to be part of their mission of compassion, care, and community.
