Pacific Mobile Structures Dallas Team Supports Local Families Through Day of Service

Giving back to the communities where we live and work is an important part of who we are at Pacific Mobile Structures. Recently, our Dallas team partnered with The Storehouse Community Center for an in-office Day of Service focused on supporting local children and families experiencing food insecurity.

For the project, our team came together to assemble approximately 500 individual snack bags for children whose families visit The Storehouse’s Seven Loaves Food Pantry. The hands-on service project provided an opportunity for our employees to work together outside of their normal day-to-day responsibilities while making a direct impact on local families.

Supporting Children and Families in the Dallas Community

The Storehouse Community Center works to provide essential resources to families throughout the local community. Through its Seven Loaves Food Pantry, the organization serves an average of 5,000 families each month, helping provide groceries that families can use to prepare nutritious meals.

In addition to its food pantry, The Storehouse offers other community resources, including a clothing closet, to help meet the needs of individuals and families.

For children visiting the food pantry with their families, having access to convenient, kid-friendly snacks can make a meaningful difference. That made this Day of Service an especially impactful way for our Dallas team to contribute.

500 Snack Bags, One Team

Pacific Mobile purchased and organized the supplies needed for the project, allowing our employees to focus on assembling the snack bags. Working together, the team prepared approximately 500 bags filled with a variety of kid-friendly snacks, including:

  • Sandwich crackers
  • Granola bars
  • Fruit snacks
  • Other kid-friendly snacks

Each bag was assembled with care and will be distributed to children during The Storehouse’s weekly food distributions.

While assembling snack bags may seem like a simple project, the collective effort of our team will directly benefit hundreds of children in the local community.

Making a Positive Impact Through Teamwork

Our Day of Service with The Storehouse reflects Pacific Mobile Structures’ commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where our employees live and work.

We selected The Storehouse because the organization provided our Dallas team with an opportunity to participate in a hands-on service project with an immediate and tangible impact. Rather than simply making a donation, our employees were able to work side by side and see how their collective efforts could support local families.

The project also highlighted the importance of teamwork, a value that extends beyond our work at Pacific Mobile Structures. When our employees come together with a shared purpose, we can accomplish meaningful things both in the workplace and within our communities.

Building Stronger Communities Together

Community involvement is an important part of creating lasting, positive change. By partnering with organizations like The Storehouse Community Center, our teams can help support the people and communities around us in meaningful ways.

We are proud of our Dallas team for stepping away from their regular responsibilities to spend time serving local children and families. The approximately 500 snack bags assembled during this Day of Service are more than individual bags of snacks. They represent teamwork, compassion, and a shared commitment to helping our neighbors.

At Pacific Mobile Structures, we believe that building strong communities starts with showing up, working together, and making a positive impact wherever we can.

We are proud to support The Storehouse Community Center and the important work they do for families throughout the Dallas community.
