Duwamish Tribe Medical Clinic
The Duwamish Tribe needed a new medical clinic and turned to Pacific Mobile Structures for a solution. After exploring options, they worked with our team to find the perfect fi t in a 24’ x 60’ building. They ultimately chose modular construction for its cost-effectiveness and quick turnaround time, making it the best option available.
The building is a standard mobile office, and the tribe plans to clad it in a special American wood to match their existing buildings, ensuring it blends seamlessly with their traditional longhouse, which serves as the backdrop to the new clinic. Located in Seattle, WA, the project was completed in 18 months from delivery to occupancy, with permitting in the city taking additional time. Pacific Mobile Structures managed the installation, ensuring a smooth process and delivering a functional and accessible space to serve the tribe’s needs.
This project highlights the ability of modular construction to provide an efficient, high-quality solution tailored to the client’s requirements. The Duwamish Tribe expressed their satisfaction by inviting Pacific Mobile Structures to their salmon luncheon, a gesture that reflects their appreciation and trust. Confident in our ability to meet their needs, they are likely to partner with us again in the future.
