Design and build a two-phase approach that involved building a 4,000 sq. ft.
classroom facility first, then later installing a 3,000 sq. ft. classroom facility directly
adjacent to the first structure.

The structures were designed to match the existing brick buildings adjacent to the
new structures as the buildings were highly visible. Each building included sound-rated windows and metal sound channels inside the exterior walls. To incorporate audio-visual displays featuring manually-operated screens, the facilities were designed so that a portion of each classroom had 10’ ceilings. Additional interior features included painted sheetrock interior walls, painted interior doors and window trim, t-grid suspended ceilings with recessed lights, and heavy-duty chair bumper rails. Exterior finishes featured 16’ high brick façade on the front sides, with a 3’ high brick wainscoting on all other sides.

Pawnee ISD Education Building

Pacific Mobile Structures recently completed a 5,280-square-foot permanent modular education building for Pawnee Independent School District (ISD) in just 66 days. In partnership with Palomar Modular Buildings, Villagomez Engineering, and L & I Transport Inc., we provided a timely solution to the district’s urgent need for space due to growing student numbers. Despite challenges like limited site space and weather delays, we delivered the project on time.

The new facility includes five classrooms, two locker rooms, and two restrooms, with fire sprinklers, epoxy flooring, and brick wainscoting to match the existing school. Cost-effective modular construction allowed Pawnee ISD to complete the project without a bond, preserving financial flexibility. This successful collaboration underscores our commitment to delivering quality, efficient modular solutions for educational needs.
