Our Commitment to SERVE
We SERVE to positively impact the lives of others.

Building Stronger Communities Together
At Pacific Mobile Structures, we believe in building more than just quality spaces. We are committed to building stronger communities. Our SERVE value guides everything we do. We SERVE to positively impact the lives of others by teaching what we know, taking action when others need help, improving the communities where we live, and sharing generously.
Giving back is at the core of who we are. Whether it is volunteering our time, sharing our expertise, or offering resources, we step in to make a difference. Through sponsorships, charitable contributions, and partnerships with local organizations, we are proud to support causes that matter, from education and disaster relief to community programs and nonprofit initiatives.
Our team believes that when we SERVE together, we create lasting impact, stronger connections, and better communities for everyone.
Investing in Our Youth
Sponsorships for youth sports, scholarships for local high schools and employee dependents, and partnerships with local recreational organizations and sports facilities.
Employee Donation Matching
Pacific Mobile offers donation matching to employees, which amplifies our impact. Employees are more likely to give knowing their gift is doubled and encouraged.
Employee Volunteer Time Off
Employees are given eight hours annually to contribute their time to an organization of their choice or to combine efforts and participate in a branch-wide volunteer project.
Collaborative Holiday Giving
Each branch contributes and decides together which causes to support, which leads to larger, more meaningful contributions.
Giving Back, Making a Difference
Each year, Pacific Mobile Structures proudly supports our communities through three annual initiatives:
Volunteer Week
Positive Impact Week is a powerful demonstration of our commitment to giving back. Each employee receives 8 hours of volunteer time annually, and this week is all about turning those hours into meaningful action.
Across our branches, teams partnered with local organizations of their choice, bringing energy, compassion, and teamwork to causes that matter most in their communities.
Little Free Library
Pacific Mobile Structures is proud to support Little Free Library, a nonprofit organization that helps make books more accessible and strengthens connections within communities.
By backing this initiative, we’re helping foster a love of reading, inspire learning, and give back in a meaningful way, empowering the next generation of readers to explore, imagine, and grow.
Swinging for a Cause
Pacific Mobile Structures proudly hosts an annual golf tournament benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Lewis County and the Pacific Athletic Center. This event isn’t just about hitting birdies, it’s about making a lasting impact on local youth.
Through participation and sponsorships, we help provide resources and opportunities that empower the next generation. With fantastic prizes, great company, and a shared commitment to our community, this tournament is a highlight of our year.
Our Commitment to Community Impact

Pacific Mobile Structures Positive Impact Week
Pacific Mobile Structures employees came together this April for our second annual Positive Impact Week, volunteering 882 hours across multiple communities. From building beds to packing food and planting gardens, our teams brought one of our core values to life as we serve to positively impact the lives of others.

Positive Impact Days: Coming Together to Make a Difference
Our teams are stepping up for Positive Impact Days with volunteer projects that support families, schools, parks, and community organizations across the country. From building beds for children in need to fighting food insecurity and restoring local trails, each branch is finding meaningful ways to give back. Together, we are creating lasting change, one project at a time.
