Bureau of Reclamation/Folsom Dam
This medium security building was built as a Sheriff’s educational facility equipped with staff locker rooms, private offices and training rooms.
The exterior stucco finish and steel entry porch was incorporated to take away the typical modular building look. Pacific Mobile designed the entry porch and proposed lightweight stone for each column base so that it would blend with the decorative rock landscaping. Eisenwall quick curing cement was used to help expedite the stucco installation process. A standard three coat stucco process usually takes 30 days, but we were able to complete within 3 days.
