City of Nehalem City Hall

This building was built to replace the City of Nehalem’s old city headquarters.

This was a full turnkey project including site work, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, building design, fabrication, installation and permitting. Site work included a retaining wall, wrap around walkway, sidewalks and landscaping. Preservation plans were set in place during construction to preserve a 100 year old tree that was located on the property. The interior of the building consisted of a 13’ finished floor was a requirement due to flood zone regulations. Porches give cover to 12’x14’ recessed entries which open to a hallway and an interior with light painted walls, multiple windows and access to the City Office, Council Chambers and public restrooms.
