The modular building, located in Turlock, CA, addresses the critical need for safety, efficiency, and functionality in a hazardous environment.

The project involved extensive site development, including the installation of a septic tank and connections to the county power grid, overcoming the challenges of a site with no existing utilities. The facility’s fire-rated design, hazardous wash station, and modular flexibility make it an ideal fit for the client’s specialized needs.

The building serves a dual purpose: providing a secure, comfortable living space for the onsite supervisor and offering essential office and break room facilities for additional staff. With its decontamination area and fire-rated materials, it meets stringent safety requirements for a hazardous waste environment. Modular construction not only streamlined the building process but also minimized exposure to hazardous conditions for workers on site.

Another provider initially held the contract but was unable to manage permitting and onsite challenges. Pacific Mobile took over, resolved permitting issues, and streamlined the process, delivering a turnkey solution that exceeded client expectations and operational requirements.
